- 8 EGG YOLKS
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- DASH NUTMEG
- SOFT BROWN SUGAR
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BROWN SUGAR. DIVIDE EVENLY INTO DESIRED CONTAINERS
- BAKE IN WATER BATH AT 325 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 20 MINUTES MIGHT BE A GOOD RULE.
- WHEN BROWNED PULL OUT AND SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR AND LET COOL. BROWN SUGAR SHOULD MELT INTO A GLAZE ON TOP.
- WHEN READY TO SERVE POP BACK IN OVEN FOR 2 MINUTE TO WARM UP. DO NOT SERVE BOILING HOT.
