Instructions
- SEASON FILET WITH CREOLE SEASONING. PAN FRY FILET IN SKILLET WITH HOT OIL. REMOVE
- ADD BRANDY,ROSEMARY,STOCK AND BUTTER. REDUCE
- SERVE SAUCE WITH FILET AND SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE
