    • FRESH ROSEMARY
    • BEEF STOCK
    • WHOLE BUTTER
    • BLUE CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. SEASON FILET WITH CREOLE SEASONING. PAN FRY FILET IN SKILLET WITH HOT OIL. REMOVE
    2. ADD BRANDY,ROSEMARY,STOCK AND BUTTER. REDUCE
    3. SERVE SAUCE WITH FILET AND SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE
