    List of Ingredients


    • 2 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • 3 EGGS
    • FLOUR
    • 3 CUP CRUSHED PECANS AND ALMONDS
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 2 CUP AMARETTO
    • 2 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
    • 1 TBP BROWN SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. WHIP EGGS IN TO A EGG WASH. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. THEN EGG WASH. THEN IN PECANS AND ALMONDS.
    2. SAUTE IN HOT OIL. BROWN EACH SIDE.
    3. ADD AMARETTO. FLOMBE RIGHT IN THE CHICKEN. REDUCE BY 1/4
    4. ADD BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR. DISSOLVE BUTTER UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SAUCY. REMOVE AND SERVE.
