    List of Ingredients


    • 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 1/2 CUP MUSHROOM
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TBP FRESH BASIL
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL. TURNING UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE COOKED THROUGHLY. REMOVE
    2. ADD MUSHROOMS, GARLIC AND BASIL. SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
    3. ADD WHITE WINE. REDUCE BY HALF. THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM. AGAIN REDUCE BY HALF UNTIL SMOOTH.
    4. SEASON AND SERVE SAUCE OVER CHICKEN


    Final Comments


    GOES WELL WITH GARLIC MASH OR OVEN OVEN ROASTED WEDGES. NICE WITH RICE PILAF
