List of Ingredients
- 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1/2 CUP MUSHROOM
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 TBP FRESH BASIL
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- SALT
- PEPPER
Instructions
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL. TURNING UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE COOKED THROUGHLY. REMOVE
- ADD MUSHROOMS, GARLIC AND BASIL. SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
- ADD WHITE WINE. REDUCE BY HALF. THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM. AGAIN REDUCE BY HALF UNTIL SMOOTH.
- SEASON AND SERVE SAUCE OVER CHICKEN
Final Comments
GOES WELL WITH GARLIC MASH OR OVEN OVEN ROASTED WEDGES. NICE WITH RICE PILAF
