    ANOTHER ELEGANT BUT SIMPLE DISH. LOW FAT AS WELL


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • CHOPPED CHIVES


    Instructions


    1. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE
    2. ADD ONION, MUSHROOMS AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
    3. FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE. ADD CHICKEN STOCK AND REDUCE BY HALF
    4. POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN AND TOP WITH CHIVES
