    • FLOUR
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 1/4 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TBP FRESH ROSEMARY
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TBP LEMON JUICE
    • 1 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
    • DASH MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING


    Instructions


    1. HEAT UNTIL OIL UNTIL HOT. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. PLACE IN HOT OIL
    2. SAUTE UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE GOLDEN BROWN. ADD ONION AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD ROSEMARY AND WHITE WINE.
    3. STIR IN BUTTER AND LEMON JUICE. RDUCE UNTIL THE SAUCE IS A AT YOUR DESIRE. SEASON WITH CHICKEN SEASONINGS AND SERVE
