    • 1 POUNDED 8OZ CHICKEN BREAST SPLIT IN HALF
    • FLOUR
    • 2 EGGS BEATEN FOR EGG WASH
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
    • 1 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
    • CHEESE BLEND
    • PARSLEY


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OIL IN PAN
    2. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. DIP IN EGG WASH.
    3. SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL BOTH SIDE ARE GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE.
    4. ADD REST INGREDIENTS. SAUCE IS FORMED WHEN BUTTER IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED. POUR OVER CHICKEN AND GARNISH
