    NO FAIL STIR FRY SAUCE

    ONCE MADE THIS SAUCE CAN BE USED FOR MANY RECIPES


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 TBP BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP CORNSTARCH
    • 3 TSP GINGER
    • 4 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
    • 1/2 CUP SHERRY
    • 1/4 TSP HOT SAUCE
    • 3 TSP WHITE VINEGAR
    • 2 1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE POT. BRING TO BOIL. REMOVE. LET COOL USE OR HOLD


    Final Comments


    STIR FRY VEGGIES, CHICKEN OR SHRIMP. ADD SAUCE AND SERVE OVER RICE.
