    • 6 CUP DEMI-GLACE(FRESH OR READY MADE)
    • 4 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
    • PINCH SALT


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE ONIONS IN OIL
    2. FLOMBE IN MADERIA.
    3. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. STIR UNTIL FULLY COMBINED
