    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 LB BUTTER
    • 1/2 LB FLOUR
    • 1 OT HEAVY CREAM
    • 2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. FORM A ROUX BY COMBINING FLOUR WITH MELTED BUTTER
    2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
    3. SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. STIR OFTEN. REMOVE FROM HEAT HOLD
