- 2 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 CUP CLAM JUICE
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CLAMS
- PARSLEY
- 1/4 CUP WHOLE BUTTER
- WHITE PEPPER
Instructions
- SAUTE SHALLOTS IN HOT OIL. STIR IN GARLIC.
- ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL. SEASON WITH WHITE PEPPER
