    • PARSLEY
    • 1/4 CUP WHOLE BUTTER
    • WHITE PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE SHALLOTS IN HOT OIL. STIR IN GARLIC.
    2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL. SEASON WITH WHITE PEPPER
