    HERS A SOUP THAT ALWAYS A FAVORITE AT ANY RESTAURANT I WORK


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 TBP OIL
    • 1 LB DICED BACON
    • 2 DICED GREEN PEPPERS
    • 2 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 2 CUP DICED HAM
    • 2 CUP DICED TOMATOES
    • 1 TSP OREGANO
    • 3 TBP CORIANDER
    • 2 TSP CUMIN
    • 24 OZ BLACK BEANS
    • 6 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • SOUR CREAM
    • PICO DI GALLO
    • FRESH CILANTRO
    • 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE BACON,ONION AND PEPPER IN HOT OIL FOR 5 MIN.
    2. STIR IN GARLIC AND HERBS FOR 3 MINS
    3. STIR IN DICED TOMATOES AND HAM FOR 5 MINUTES
    4. ADD BLACK BEANS AND STOCK. STIR. SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL SOUP THICKENS. STIR OFTEN.
    5. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM, PICO DI GALLO AND FRESH CILANTRO SPRIGS
