    • 1 1/2 LB DICED ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    • 1 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 2 CUP DICED TOMATOES
    • 1 JULIENNE ZUCCHINI(GREEN OR SUMMER)
    • 2 DICED CARROTS
    • 1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 TSP DRIED BASIL
    • 1 TSP OREGANO
    • 1 CUP RED WINE
    • 1 GAL CHICKEN STOCK
    • TORTELLINI
    • CHEESE BLEND


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE SAUSAGE,ONION, CARROTS AND PEPPERS IN OIL FOR 5 MIN
    2. ADD FRESH GARLIC AND SEASONINGS. STIR FOR 1 MIN.
    3. ADD RED WINE. LET REDUCE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS AND SIMMER UNTIL THE SOUP GETS KIND OF SAUCY.
    4. SERVE WITH CHEESE TORTELLINI AND CHEESE BLEND
