    • 3 CUP ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    • 1 LB OF FRESH OR FROZEN SHRIMP
    • 1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 2 DICED STALK CELERY
    • 1 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 2 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1/2 CUP JALAPENOES
    • 1 CUP RICE
    • 6 DICED TOMATOES
    • 1 1/2 GAL CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH THYME
    • 1 CUP OKRA
    • DASH HOT SAUCE
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE SAUSAGE,SHRIMP,ONION,PEPPER AND CELERY IN OIL FOR 3 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC AND JALAPENOES. SAUTE FOR 1 1/2 MINUTES
    2. ADD RICE AND STIR IN FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED.
    3. ADD REST OF INGEDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS TENDER. SEASON AND SERVE.
