- 3 ARTICHOKE HEARTS CUT IN HALF
- KALAMATA OR BLACK OLIVES
- 1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
- SALT
- PEPPER
Instructions
- DREDGE VEAL IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL. FLIP WHEN ONE SIDE IS BROWN.
- ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS AND SAUTE UNTIL VEGETABLE ARE TENDER. SEASON AND SERVE.
