- 4 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- 1 TBP VANILLA
- 8 EGG YOLKS
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- DASH NUTMEG
- BROWN SUGAR
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL EXCEPT BROWN SUGAR. DIVIDE INTO 8 1 CUP CONTAINERS. BAKE AT 325 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 20 MINUTES MIGHT BE A GOOD RULE.
- LET COOL. WHEN READY TO SERVE TOP WITH BROWN SUGAR AND BROILED UNTIL SUGAR HAS MELTED.
- VARIATIONS: 2 TBP OF SHREDDED COCONUT
