    • 4 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • 1 TBP VANILLA
    • 8 EGG YOLKS
    • 3/4 CUP SUGAR
    • DASH NUTMEG
    • BROWN SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL EXCEPT BROWN SUGAR. DIVIDE INTO 8 1 CUP CONTAINERS. BAKE AT 325 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 20 MINUTES MIGHT BE A GOOD RULE.
    2. LET COOL. WHEN READY TO SERVE TOP WITH BROWN SUGAR AND BROILED UNTIL SUGAR HAS MELTED.
    3. VARIATIONS: 2 TBP OF SHREDDED COCONUT
      2 TBP OF COCOA FOR CHOCOLATE
