    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/3 CUP WATER
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 EGG YOLK
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • PINCH SALT


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE 1 CUP OF FLOUR WITH REST INGREDIENT IN A MIXER OR BY HAND.
    2. ADD REST OF FLOUR FLOUR TO FORM SOFT DOUGH.
    3. KNEAD FOR 10 MINUTES
    4. REST FOR 10 MINUTES
    5. THEN ROLL OUT AS THIN AS POSSIBLE.
