- 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
- MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING
- 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 TBP FRESH CILANTRO
- 2 DICED JALAPENOES
- 10 DICED TOMATILLO OR 2 DICED GREEN TOMATOES
- 1/2 CUP LIME JUICE
- SALT AND PEPPER
Instructions
- COMBINE EVERYTHING FOR THE SALSA. SET ASIDE FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO MARINATE FLAVORS.
- RUB CHICKEN WITH SEASONING. GRILL UNTIL COOK THROUGH. SERVE WITH SALSA ON TOP.
