    • 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING
    • 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TBP FRESH CILANTRO
    • 2 DICED JALAPENOES
    • 10 DICED TOMATILLO OR 2 DICED GREEN TOMATOES
    • 1/2 CUP LIME JUICE
    • SALT AND PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE EVERYTHING FOR THE SALSA. SET ASIDE FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO MARINATE FLAVORS.
    2. RUB CHICKEN WITH SEASONING. GRILL UNTIL COOK THROUGH. SERVE WITH SALSA ON TOP.
