    I USE THIS SAUCE ALL THE TIME FOR MANY DISHES


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 CUP BLACK BEANS
    • I DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 DICED JALAPENO PEPPER
    • 3 DICED TOMATOES
    • 3 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 TBP BLACKENING SPICE
    • DASH RED HOT


    Instructions


    1. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN POT. COOK UNTIL PEPPERS ARE TENDER.
    2. BLEND SAUCE IN PROCESSOR OR BLENDER.
