    • 3 TBP BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP CORNSTARCH
    • 3 TSP GINGER
    • 4 TSP GARLIC
    • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
    • 1/2 CUP SHERRY
    • 1/4 TSP HOT SAUCE
    • 3 TSP WHITE VINEGAR
    • 2 1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL IN A POT. BRING TO BOIL. REMOVE LET COOL AND USE.


    Final Comments


    STIR FRY VEGGIE ADD SUACE SERVE OVER RICE
    STIR FRY SHRIMP IN THIS SAUCE AS WELL AS CHICKEN FOR A NICE DISH
