    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs skinless chicken drumsticks
    • 8 ozs tomato sauce
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 packed brown sugar
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 TB cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup cold water


    Instructions


    1. Place drumsticks in slow cooker.
    2. In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
    3. Remove chicken and keep warm. Strain cooking juices.
    4. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir in juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    5. Serve with chicken.
    6. Yield: 6 servings
