"101 Dalmations" Cheesecake

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed (about 18 cookies)
3 Tbs butter, melted
3 (8-oz) pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 can (14-oz) condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter and press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla until fluffy and light. Gradually add in the condensed milk until smooth.

In a small bowl, toss about 1/4 cup chocolate chips with the flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture and pour into prepared springform pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup chips on top.

Bake for 1 hour; cool to room temperature, and then chill well before serving.
