Buttons and Bows
1 lb "bow-tie" pasta
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup vinaigrette (or child's favorite) dressing
Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine other ingredients and toss well.
You can also add leftover chunks of ham, chicken, etc. to make it a more substantial dish.
