Caramel Corn
4-5 cups popcorn, popped
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbs light corn syrup
Bring the margarine, brown sugar, and corn syup to a boil. Allow to boil for 1 minute. Pour slowly and carefully over the popped popcorn in a large bowl and mix well, to coat.
When cool enough to handle, spread popcorn on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring 3 or 4 times during the baking time.
