Sand Bucket
1 pkg Pecan Sandies (cookies), crushed
12 oz Cool Whip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 box (3 oz) instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla
a large beach bucket with shovel
plastic beach toys (for decorations)
Cream butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, pudding and Cool Whip.
In the large large beach bucket, alternate layers of cookies and contents of bowl, above, beginning and ending with cookies. Decorate with candy (anything beachy looking) and plastic beach toys. Serve with shovel.
