    Ultimate Oatmeal

This isn't really a RECIPE, per se, but an idea of how to get your kids to eat something that is good for them AND fun. I saw this idea at Gail's, again, and have used it when my daughter had a sleep-over party recently.

    Assortment of toppings:
    ....fresh strawberries
    ....peanuts or walnuts
....dried fruit (raisins, apricots, dates, etc.)
....chocolate chips and/or M & Ms (ok, not ALL healthy! :o))
    ....brown sugar
    ....cinnamon red-hots
    ....butterscotch morsels
    ....sunflower seeds
    ....honey (not for babies)

Serve prepared oatmeal in bowls and put toppings out in little cups or sauce dishes, one spoon per topping. Then let the kids add the toppings that they like.
