    AB*3 (Aunt Betty's Banana Bread!)

This was originally my aunt's recipe, but being the chocolate lover that my husband is, I added the chocolate morsels - also good with dark chocolate morsels.

    1 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 mashed, ripe bananas
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
    1/4 cup milk chocolate morsels

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs together.

Combine flour, soda, and salt, then mix with the sugar mixture. Add bananas. Mix well and add nuts and chocolate. (You may find that you need a little more flour to get a good consistency.)

Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
