Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients

2 large eggs
6 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp orange zest

Beat eggs and stir in potatoes until blended. Add rest of ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter or margerine

Mix sugar, flour, and nuts together. Work in butter with hands until well blended. Put on top of potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
