    Tomato Bisque (with Tortellini)

    I don't like regular tomato soup, but this is fantastic! Not low calorie, however...!

    Serves 6

    2 cans (15 3/4 oz) Campbell's tomato soup (condensed)
    2 Tbs flour
    3/4 cup light cream
    1 cup seeded fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 lb cooked cheese-filled tortellini
    3/4 cup milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbs butter
    1 lb cooked cheese-filled tortellini

    Prepare tomato soup as directed on can, and stir in flour; cookover medium heat until thickened. Add milk, cream, salt, pepper, and tortellini. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and butter. Simmer 3-5 additional minutes.
