    List of Ingredients

    • Fresh roasted green chilies
    • roma tomatoes
    • onion
    • garlic salt/pepper to taste


    1. Roast, peel, seed and chop green chili. Place in a bowl. Seed and chop tomatoes. Chop onion. Mix well and season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.

    Final Comments

    This can be eaten with almost everything. We use it in recipes calling for chopped green chili. We add it to soups, sandwiches and hamburgers.
