    A tasy combonation of flavors such as onions and squash and seasonings with bisquick.

    List of Ingredients




    3-4 Squash diced (yellow or green)

    1-2 Large onions

    2 Eggs and 1 egg white

    1/4 Cup vegtable or olive oil

    1 teaspoon or less kosher or sea salt

    1 teaspoon minced or chopped fresh garlic

    1 teaspoon basil use fresh or dried

    2 cups of bisquick

    Recipe



    Saute onions, and squash lightly in extra virgin or regular olive oil and let cool, once cooled add onions and squash to
    bowl.

    Add 1 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt, ground black pepper, minced or chopped fresh garlic and basil

    Beat eggs and add to bowl, mix eggs, onions, and squash and seasonings together by hand or use mixer.

    Add 2 cups of bisquick to the eggs, onions, and squash
    mix well.


    Spray pan with pam or whichever cooking spray you use.

    Pour mixture in pan any size i prefer the square pan.

    Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake squash pie for
    1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown.

    TIP
    If you would like to turn it into a kugel add about 1 cup of flavored bread crumbs to mixture.
