    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans artichokes, not marinated
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup parmesan cheese
    • 8 ozs. mozzarella cheese
    • garlic salt, pinch
    • 1 small can chopped olives
    • 1 small jar pimiento


    Instructions


    1. Drain artichokes and chop in food processor.
    2. Mix in ingredients.
    3. Grease pie plate and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
