    Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers

    List of Ingredients




    6 to 8 red, green, yellow and orange peppers (save top of peppers)
    1 1/2 lbs. lean ground meat
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 cup orzo pasta
    1 lg. can chopped fire-roasted tomatoes
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt and I added some fresh garlic
    1/3 cup water

    In a bowl, mix ground beef and orzo and all other ingredients (except for peppers and water) Wash and clean peppers and save the tops. Stuff each pepper with a good amount of the ground beef and orzo mixture. Nestle the peppers into your crock and put the little pepper tops back on. Pour 1/3 cup water around the bases of the peppers. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Sometimes I use 2 crock pots.
