Slow Cooker Barbeque Ribs

List of Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 4 to 5 drops of liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 lg. onion chopped
- dry rub for pork
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Season ribs with dry rub and salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking pan. Brown in oven 15 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in a lg. bowl. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs and turn to coat.
- Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until meat is starting to fall off the bone.
