    Slow Cooker Barbeque Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cups of favorite BBQ sauce
    • 1 cup chili sauce
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 4 tbsp. vinegar
    • 2 tsp. dried oregano
    • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 dashes hot sauce
    • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
    • 4 to 5 drops of liquid smoke
    • 1 tbsp. mustard
    • 1/2 lg. onion chopped
    • dry rub for pork


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Season ribs with dry rub and salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking pan. Brown in oven 15 minutes.
    3. Mix all ingredients in a lg. bowl. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs and turn to coat.
    4. Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until meat is starting to fall off the bone.
