    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs. spareribs, cut in 2 inch pieces across the bone
    • 2 Tbs. dry sherry
    • 4 Tbs. dark soy
    • 6 Tbs. cider vinegar
    • 6 Tbs. sugar
    • 10 Tbs. water


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients in a large skillet, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.
    2. Uncover, turn up heat and toss ribs until glazed.
      Drain fat.
    3. Serve hot or at room temperature.
