Baked Parmesan Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 pork loin rib chops, about 1"thick, about 2 1/4 lbs.
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 2/3 cup garlic and herb seasoned dry breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat shallow roasting pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of chops.
- In a bowl lightly beat egg with 1 Tbs. water. On large sheet of wax paper combine flour and Parmesan.
Between fingers lightly crush fennel seeds over flour mixture; stir in.
- On another sheet of wax paper spread breadcrumbs. Coat chops one at a time with flour mixture, shaking off excess, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
- Transfer chops to pan; bake 15 minutes. Turn chops; continue baking until golden-brown and no longer pink near bone, 8-10 minutes.
