    List of Ingredients


    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    • Shake in plastic bag flour seasoned with salt and pepper
    • Brown chicken lightly in 3/4 cup oil or butter ( I use both)
    • Remove chicken, set aside.
    • Add to remaining oil. 4 cloves garlic, cut into small pieces.
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 small jar mushrooms
    • 3/4 cup dry white wine
    • Handful of chopped parsley
    • 2 chicken bouillion cubes mixed in 1/2 cup warm water;l
    • 5 squirts lemon juice.
    • Add more lemon, butter, garlic and some extra water for extra sauce/


    Instructions


    1. Saute above on low heat 5 to 10 minutes.
    2. Put chicken back in pan and simmer in sauce for add'l 10 minutes, covered.
    3. Add 1 tablespoon flour to thicken.
