List of Ingredients
- 3 medium garlic cloves, lightly crushed
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 8 twist of fresh pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 3 to 4 pound veal roast
- potatoes and carrots
Instructions
- Pierce roast and place garlic and rosemary.
350 degrees, 170 degrees is done.
- Heat oil and butter. Brown meat on all sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook, turn roast once and add wine.
- Add potatoes and carrots, if desired.
