    List of Ingredients


    • 3 medium garlic cloves, lightly crushed
    • 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
    • 8 twist of fresh pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2/3 cup dry white wine
    • 3 to 4 pound veal roast
    • potatoes and carrots


    Instructions


    1. Pierce roast and place garlic and rosemary.
      350 degrees, 170 degrees is done.
    2. Heat oil and butter. Brown meat on all sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    3. Cook, turn roast once and add wine.
    4. Add potatoes and carrots, if desired.
