    6 to 8 servings


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
    • 1 small can black olives, sliced
    • 1/2 pound diced sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed, drained, and chopped
    • 1 pound lean ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained (add taco seasoning while browning meat)
    • 1/2 package of taco seasoning
    • 1 16-oz. bottle Catalina salad dressing
    • 1 7-oz. bag taco-flavored corn chips, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Combine the tomatoes, olives, cheese, onion, lettuce, and ground beef in a large bowl.
    2. Add the entire bottle of salad dressing and mix well.
    3. Just before serving, add the taco chips, tossing to combine with the other ingredients.
    4. Serve with garlic bread
