    List of Ingredients


    • 6 large tomatoes
    • 2 Tbsps. balsamic vinegar
    • 5 Tbsps. olive oil
    • 1/2 cup Kalamata oilives, halved and pitted
    • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
    • 2 Tbsps. capers
    • 4 anchovies (optional), drained and chopped
    • fresh basil leaves


    Instructions


    1. Arrange tomatoes on large platter. Drizzle with vinegar, then oil.
    2. Sprinkle lightly with salt and generously with pepper. Sprinkle with olives, blue cheese, capers and anchovies.
    3. If desired, garnish with basil leaves.
