    List of Ingredients




    3 (10 OZ) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 lg. pkg. cream cheese or 1 lg. and 1 small (according to taste)
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Saute chopped onion in 1 stick melted butter or less until it's yellow. Add spinach, cream cheese ( which should be room temperature so it's soft or add a little milk and press with fork), Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and egg. Mix all ingredients together and put in a dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, but check to see that it doesn't burn while baking.
