    Pizza without tomato sauce.

    My personal favorite.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough
    2 cups (8oz.) shredded mozzerella cheeze - dived in half
    1 oz. (1/4 cup) fresh Parmesan cheeze, grated.
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, snipped. or 1 tsp dried basil lvs.
    1 clove garlic, pressed.
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced.

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375.

    Roll out pizza dough on pizza pan or stone, to within one inch of edge. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Mozz. cheeze.
    Set aside.

    grate parmesan cheese. In bowl, combine remaining 1 cup mozz. cheeze, Parmesan cheeze, basil, pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.
    Arrange thin sliced tomatoes over pizza dough and mozz. cheeze and top with cheeze mayo mixture. Spread evenly to cover.

    Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and Bubbly.


    *Note* You can make or use your own favorite pizza dough recipe.
