    Recipe Introduction


    Preheat oven to 375 degrees


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Large Slices Sourdough Bread -cubed
    • 8 ounces Cream Cheese - cubed
    • 1 Large Granny Smith Apple (peeled & chopped)
    • 6 Eggs
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 2 - 3 Tablespoons Sifted Powdered Sugar


    Instructions


    1. Place half of Bread cubes in 11 x 7 ungreased pan
    2. Cover with all of the Cream Cheese cubes
    3. Sprinkle with the chopped apple
    4. Top with remaining Bread cubes
    5. Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together
    6. Pour over Bread mixture
    7. Bake 35 minutes or until set
    8. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar
