Orange Pecan Muffins

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/4 cup Flour
  
• 1 tsp Salt
  
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  
• 3/4 cup Sugar (or optional substitute 18 packets Sweet & Low)
  
• 4 Oranges
  
• Water
  
• 2 Eggs - beaten
  
• 1/2 cup Oil
  
• 4 1/2 cups Raisin Bran Cereal
  
• 1 cup Nuts
  






Instructions



1. Combine 1st 4 Ingredients and set aside
   
   
2. Remove peel from 2 Oranges and discard peel
   
   
3. Cut all Oranges, remove seeds and puree in blender. Add Water to make
   2 cups
   
   
4. Stir Oranges, Eggs, Oil, Cereal and Nuts into dry Ingredients
   
   
5. Put batter into muffin tins (papers)
   
   
6. Bake at 375 Degress for 20 - 25 minutes
