    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup & 2 Tbsp Sugar
    • 3/8 cup Shortening
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3/4 cup Milk
    • 3 cup Flour
    • 3 tsp Baking Powder
    • 3/4 tsp Salt
    • 3 cups Blueberries
    • Topping:
    • 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 1/3 cup Flour
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup soft Butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix together Sugar, Shortening, & Eggs

    2. Stir in Milk

    3. Sift together Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt

    4. Add Flour mixture to batter

    5. Carefully fold in Blueberries

    6. Put in Baking Dish

    7. Mix Topping Ingredients and cover top of Blueberry Dessert

    8. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes
