Pecan Bourbon Balls

Makes about two dozen.





List of Ingredients



• 1 cup powdered sugar
  
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
  
• 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
  
• 1 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  
• 1/4 cup bourbon
  
• 2 1/2 cups of finely crushed graham crackers
  
• granulated sugar
  






Instructions



1. Mix well the sugar and the cocoa, add graham crackers, orange rind and one cup nuts.Toss well.
   
2. Add corn syrup and bourbon and mix well.
   
3. Shape into one inch balls.
   
4. Roll in granulated sugar and remaining nuts.
   
5. Store airtight in the refrigerator.
