Rum Balls #2
Makes about 4 dozen.
List of Ingredients
- 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup rum
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 44 crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- additional granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, rum, and corn syrup.
- Fold in the vanilla wafers and the walnuts.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls using 2 teaspoons for each.
- Roll in additional sugar.
- Store in airtight container for several days.
