Our favorite lemon pie, not at all egg-y tasting.





List of Ingredients



• 1 unbaked pie shell
  
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon flour
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1/4 cup melted butter
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
  
• 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  
• 1/4 cup milk
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
   
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
   
3. Add beaten eggs, butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk; beat until smooth.
   
4. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
   
5. Cool before serving.
