    A Polish medical resident many years ago from U of M


    Recipe Introduction


    The name is misleading. I eat it as a casserole...Dee


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 oz cream corn
    • 3/4 c milk
    • 1/3 c oil
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 c cornmeal
    • 1 tsp soda
    • 1 can drained pinto or black bean
    • 1/4 c chopped jalepeno peppers
    • 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
    2. Add cornmeal and soda
    3. Pour 1/2 mixture in 8x8 pan
    4. Sprinkle with beans, peppers and cheese
    5. Pour remaining mixture on top
    6. If want add more cheese
    7. Bake 400 for 45 min
