    Recipe Introduction

This recipe is WAY TOO EASY, TOO GOOD AND WAY TOO GOOD FOR YOU!!! You will ask what is wrong with this picture!

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 chicken breasts (flattened with palm of your hand)
    • 1/4 cup honey mustard (or more if needed to coat 4 breasts)
    • 1/2 cup sof bread crumbs (or more if needed to coat 4 breasts)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Pam (or similar) to coat baking sheet

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400.
    2. Make two plates - one with the mustard on it, the other with the bread crumbs on it. On the bread crumb plate add some salt and pepper and mix it into the crumbs. If you need more mustard or crumbs to coat the breasts you can always add more to each plate as needed.
    3. Pat dry each breast with paper towels and slightly flatten with the palm of your hand.
    4. Paint a breast with mustard - get both sides and all over!
    5. Taken the mustard painted breast and dip it into the bread mix - again get both sides and all over!
    6. Gently shake off surplus bread crumbs and lay the breast on your Pam coated baking sheet.
    7. Repeat the process for each breast!
    8. Bake the breasts in a 400f degree oven for 20 minutes.
